The Residences at Cinnamon Life is a completed, ready-to-move-in residential development by John Keells Properties at 100 Glennie Street, Colombo 02. It was envisioned by architect Cecil Balmond, a Sri Lankan-born British architect and engineer, and rises as a 45-storey Residence Tower and a 39-storey Suites Tower containing 427 apartments. Construction commenced in 2014. The apartments form part of Cinnamon Life, a 4.5 million sq ft integrated mixed-use development that also includes the Cinnamon Life and NUWA hotels, The Shoppes retail floors, restaurants, event spaces and a 30-storey Office Tower. Residents' own facilities include a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace, social rooms, a fitness centre and a barbeque area. Published unit types are 2-bedroom units of 1,130 to 1,273 sq ft in the Residences and Suites towers, and a 4-bedroom unit of 3,085 sq ft. The developer's brochure lists the 3-bedroom units (1,649 sq ft) as sold out. Galle Face Green, Port City, Nawaloka Hospitals and the main Colombo banks are all within about 10 minutes by car.
