The apartments are ready for occupancy and the project holds a COC certificate, so home loans are available from any bank in Sri Lanka. Homes range from 757 sq ft one-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom duplex sky villas of 3,067 sq ft and 3 to 5 bedroom penthouses with a private rooftop sky garden and golf putting area. Views take in the river and the Hunnasgiriya and Knuckles mountain ranges.
