The tower has 27 levels and 176 freehold apartments, with eight apartments on a typical floor and two penthouses. Eight plan types range from 902 sq ft two-bedroom homes to 1,533 sq ft three-bedroom homes, and E1 and E2 units can be combined into a 2,881 sq ft four-bedroom home on request. Penthouse plans have not been released. Homes have a European standard kitchen, engineered timber floors, double glazed uPVC windows and provision for smart-home systems. Shared facilities are a rooftop infinity pool, rooftop terrace, gymnasium, a rooftop function hall for 250, a convenience store and concierge service. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2028. The developer reports the superstructure 51% complete, with construction progressing on the 11th floor (developer update). The developer also promotes the project under Sri Lanka's Golden Paradise Residence Visa programme (minimum investment USD 200,000, up to 10 years of renewable residency including family); approval rests with the Department of Immigration and Emigration.
