ICC Port City (Pvt) Ltd is building it as the first residential development in the Port City Special Economic Zone, with one- to four-bedroom homes, sea and city views and five retail stores in the building. Amenities include an infinity-edge pool with in-pool lounges, jacuzzi and kids' pool, squash courts, an ocean-view gym, a rooftop fitness gallery and yoga deck, a multi-purpose function hall, a laundromat and convenience store, and concierge services. The yacht harbour is a one-minute walk away and Port City's beach about two minutes on foot. Ground was broken on 22 January 2026 and the sales gallery opened on 31 January 2026. Piling work for the foundation phase began on 12 February 2026, and the architectural model was unveiled on 11 May 2026.
