Rudra Wellness Retreat is a proposed 25-acre wellness village in Kalkudah, Eastern Province, where architecture, hospitality, lifestyle and community development come together. The plan centres on 48 fully furnished villas — offering opportunities for ownership and potential hospitality use — alongside a 27-room holiday retreat, creating a destination for both long-term value and meaningful short-term experiences. Rudra is conceived as more than a collection of villas: an integrated environment where wellness, spiritual rejuvenation, recreation and everyday living coexist within a carefully planned natural setting, with a broad range of lifestyle and wellness experiences and recreational opportunities designed to encourage connection, activity and longer stays.
